Work with Next Page Labs

Let's build
something real.

We don't take on client hours. What we do is occasionally find the right people to build products with — where the output is something that exists and works, not a deliverables document.

How we collaborate

Three ways to work with Next Page Labs

We're selective about what we take on. The fit matters more than the brief. Here's what tends to work.

01

Co-build a product

You have a product idea — something you need, or something your customers need. We develop it together as a Labs product: you bring domain expertise and early users, we bring product thinking, development, and distribution. Revenue shared.

Good fit if you have a clear problem and potential users, but not a development team.

02

Run an experiment together

You want to test something — a product concept, a new channel, a technology — but need structure and expertise to do it rigorously. We design the experiment, define success metrics, and run it together. You own the learnings.

Good fit if you have budget for a real test but need help designing one that actually tells you something.

03

Strategic & marketing advisory

Next Page Labs operates under Chris K.N. Consulting — 25 years of advertising and communication strategy. If your product needs sharper positioning, a go-to-market plan, or a communications framework, that's available as consulting.

This work lives at chriskn.no — but reach out here if you're not sure which door to knock on.

What we're looking for

The right collaboration

We work well with founders, business owners, and domain experts who have a clear problem to solve — not a solution looking for a problem.

The best collaborations we've been part of started with: "We keep running into this problem, and we can't find anything that handles it well." That's the right starting point.

We don't do spec-based freelance work, build-to-suit for a single client without broader product potential, or take on projects purely because they're technically interesting without a real user in mind.

Before you reach out

Good things to have ready

A clear description of the problem — not the solution

Some sense of who has this problem (industry, role, company size)

Access to a handful of people you could put us in front of to validate

An honest view of what you can contribute (time, domain expertise, first customers)

Who you're talking to

Christian Nordtømme,
Chris K.N. Consulting

25 years in advertising, journalism, and marketing strategy. I've worked on both sides of the brief — building campaigns and building the teams that run them.

Next Page Labs is where I apply that experience to products: things that can exist, scale, and help people beyond a single client relationship. If that sounds like something you want to be part of, I'd like to hear from you.
